The real estate agent used to have total control of all information but now anyone with an internet connection has access to listings 24 hours a day. So what does a good agent bring to the table? A few of the traits needed to excel today are intimate knowledge of the local market, unique marketing plans, a great reputation and an understanding of the dynamics of negotiation. With extensive knowledge of the local market I love helping my clients buy and sell properties with confidence and ease. |
| My Philosophy |
| I am a Seattle native and a UW graduate with a degree in Communications and a major in advertising. I have been employed by Windermere (both as a managing broker and as an agent) for 17 of my 26 years as a Realtor. I think that buying and selling homes should be stress free. I believe in anticipating my client's needs and keeping them informed during every step of the process. My current client base has been built on personal referrals from satisfied buyers, sellers and other professionals. |
| Community Involvement |
| I believe in giving back to the community. Windermere runs a wonderful program called the Windermere Foundation where our agents contribute a part of every commission to helping the homeless. I have also been a long-time volunteer with University Medical Center, finishing my term on their Service League Board as Vice-President in 2007. I have been an active volunteer with Providence Hospice since 2007 working in the pediatric and transitions programs. |
